Yes. Email hello@gulfcoastengraving.com and we'll reply within one business day, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Central. Send us as much or as little as you want - a question, a description of what you're trying to make, even a photo of an old tag you want to replicate.

CSV and XLSX, up to 10 MB. If your schedule is in a different format - a PDF, a Word doc, a photo of a printout - email it to us and we'll reformat it for you.

Email hello@gulfcoastengraving.com with what you're making and we'll reply within one business day with pricing and lead time. We do specialty materials, unusual sizes, engraved logos, and custom shapes that aren't in the automated catalog yet.

The preview is generated from the same production instructions we use to cut the real tags, so what you see is what gets made. Before anything is cut, you approve each proof. If something looks off - text too tight, a line clipped, a color that's not what you meant - fix it in review or send it to us for a second pair of eyes.

You see a price after you upload your schedule and we've laid out the cuts. Pricing is based on material, size, quantity, and finish. The quote is locked when you check out - it won't change between confirmation and production.

You can pay by card at checkout, or - if you've set up company terms with us - we'll invoice you on net-30 terms. Production starts once payment is confirmed (for card) or the order is approved (for terms).

Yes. Order a small quantity first - even one or two tags - as a sample. Once you've seen the real thing and you're happy, reorder the full run. Saved orders make that a two-click repeat.

Standard orders ship within 5 business days of payment. Rush orders ship in 2 business days for a surcharge. You'll see both options at checkout.

Email us right away at hello@gulfcoastengraving.com with your order number. If production hasn't started, we can adjust. If it has, we'll figure out the best way forward together - which sometimes means a small reprint, sometimes a partial refund.
